Vibelly and Chatroulette compared
Chatroulette launched in 2009 and is free, including a country filter. Vibelly is newer and smaller, so there may be fewer people online at quiet times.
What Vibelly offers: random video and text chat in your browser with no account needed, an age confirmation before every chat, and a Report button on every call. Reporting requires signing in, and reports are reviewed by hand. Vibelly does not use automated AI moderation.
On Vibelly, filters are paid: Premium adds gender and country filters, 720p HD video, and voice-only calls, from ₹49 a month. Free video runs at 480p.
